Acceptable Art—
All art should be sent as a vector file with all type created to outlines or converted to curves. Four Color Process files should be built in a vector file with a placed 300 resolution CMYK .tif or .eps file. Send digital files by e-mail.
Accepted disks: CD, Zip disk, or 3.5" floppy.

If art cannot be sent on disk or by e-mail, please contact the LIGHTnovelties.com Art Department for non-digital artwork requirements. Non-digital artwork and unacceptable artwork may incur additional charges. *$50 per hour if your art is not a useable vector file.

Customer logos — LIGHTnovelties.com is not responsible for any reproduction of unauthorized trademarked or copyrighted logos supplied by distributors. Proper use of trademarked or copyrighted logos is the responsibility of the distributor, and any damages incurred as a result of unauthorized use will be the responsibility of the distributor. Company names and logos depicted on catalog items may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.

Purchasing and Shipping

In order to serve you better, LIGHTnovelties.com offers an Order Confirmation Form and an Art Approval form that will confirm your order.

Art Approval Form — In order to server you better, LIGHTnovelties.com offers an Art Approval Form that will confirm your order. It includes customer contact information, ship to address, shipping method, your purchase order number, item quantity, item description, price, set up charges, rush charges, and a tentative ship date.

Artwork Approval Form — Includes representation of the artwork, location of imprint on the product, product color, imprint color and the actual size of the imprint. No delivery dates can be assured until both forms are signed and returned.

Rush Service — Our normal production time is 10 days from Art and Order Confirmation Approval. Our standard rush charge, for a four day service, is 15% of the total order. ($50.00 minimum charge). For less than four days service please call for price and availability.

Cancellations — Charges may be incurred on any order that has been cancelled up to time of production.

Return Policy — Defective or damaged merchandise may be returned only when accompanied by Return Authorization Labels. To receive Return Authorization Labels, contact your Customer Service Representative at LIGHTnovelties.com. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and the materials must be returned to LIGHTnovelties.com within 30 days in order to receive full credit for any defective product. Credit will be issued when returned stock is received and deemed defective.

Pricing — Catalog pricing and product line are subject to change without notice. No less than minimums.

Shelf Life of Products — LIGHTnovelties.com products are guaranteed to perform according to the original product specifications up to 6 months after delivery. Many products will work after their expiration date, however this cannot be guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the distributor to ensure that all products purchased from LIGHTnovelties.com are distributed within six months from our ship date. LIGHTnovelties.com will not guarantee any product after this time period.

Methods of Payment —
All Orders: Must be prepaid via credit card or check.
Credit Card: Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover.
Wire Transfer: Call for instructions.

Method of Shipping —
Every effort will be made to ship on the required date and by the means specified. We reserve the right to ship by whatever means necessary to meet your in hands date. No International shipping except when charged to customer account. Handling charges: $10.00 handling fee for all orders. There will be an additional $10.00 charge for every drop ship location. Damage Claims: Claims for damages in transit must be reported to the CARRIER at the time of delivery.

Sample Product Policy

Samples — Random samples are available at end quantity pricing plus freight charges. Please specify P.O. number and method of shipping.

Every effort is made to process sample orders within 48 hours.

Normal Production Time —
10 business days for all in-stock items after Artwork Approval and Order Confirmation Approval are signed and returned. For more information on lead times for overseas shipments, please contact your Customer Service Representative.
